THIRD SERIES 31: Carla Rahn Phillips (ed.): The Struggle for the South Atlantic. The Armada of the Strait, 1581-1584. Pedro de Rada's Relacion of the venture under Don Diego Flores de Valdés to bolster South American defences against interlopers, and to fortify the Strait of Magellan against intrusions into the Pacific. 217 pages. Distributed to members in December 2016-January 2017.

THIRD SERIES 30: Anna Agnarsdóttir (ed.): Sir Joseph Banks, Iceland and the North Atlantic 1772-1820. Journals, Letters and Documents. The journals of Banks and his servant James Roberts, together with 300 supplementary documents relating to Banks's association with Iceland. 707 pages. Distributed to members in May 2016.

THIRD SERIES 28 & 29:
Kenneth Morgan (ed.): Australia Circumnavigated: The Voyage of Matthew Flinders in HMS Investigator, 1801-1803. The first edited publication of Matthew Flinders's fair journals from the circumnavigation of Australia in 1801-03. Two volumes of 1014 pages total. Distributed to members in August 2015.

. Edited by Roy Bridges. Publication expected in 2017.

John Narbrough: Journals of a Voyage to the Strait of Magellan. Edited by Capt. Richard Campbell. Following the acquisition of Narbrough's important journal by the British Library, the Society intends to publish this as a 'special edition' which will include a facsimile of the original in parallel with a readable transcription of the text. Publication expected in 2017.

William Mariner's Tonga Islands. Edited by Nigel Statham. Publication expected in 2018.

A Scientific, Antiquarian and Picturesque Tour: John (Fiott) Lee in Ireland, England and Wales, 1806–07. Edited by Angela Byrne. Publication expected in 2018.
