THIRD SERIES 23 & 24: Isabel Boavida, Hervé Pennec & Manuel João Ramos (eds): Pedro Paez's History of Ethiopia, 1622. An annotated English translation by Christopher Tribe of the História da Etiópia by the Spanish Jesuit missionary priest Pedro Páez (Pêro Pais), 1564-1622, who worked in the Portuguese missions, first in India and then in Ethiopia. Two volumes, distributed to members in December 2011 to January 2012.

The Iceland Journals and Correspondence of Joseph Banks, 1772-1820. Edited by Anna Agnarsdóttir. Publication anticipated in 2013.

The Commentaries of Don Garcia de Silva y Figueroa. Edited by George Souza & Jeff Turley. Publication anticipated in 2013.

Afanasii Nikitin, Voyage over Three Seas. A Russian Merchant's Account of a Voyage to India in 1466-1472. Edited by A. V. Postnikov.
This fairly modest text will probably appear as an article in the Journal of the Hakluyt Society.

Australia Circumnavigated: The Journal of HMS Investigator, 1801-1803. Edited by Kenneth Morgan.
Publication anticipated in 2014.

English Trade and Privateering in the Eastern Mediterranean in the late Seventeenth Century: The 'journall' of the Voyage of the Levant Company Merchantman Blackham to Istanbul and Izmir, 1696-1698. Edited by Colin Heywood.

John Narbrough: Journal of a Voyage to the Strait of Magellan. Edited by Capt. Richard Campbell. Following the acquisition of Narbrough's important journal by the British Library, the Society intends to publish this as a 'special edition' which will include a facsimile of the original in parallel with a readable transcription of the text.
