Ordering books online at the specially discounted price

Members of the Hakluyt Society are entitled to a discount, currently 50%, when ordering original editions of books published outside their period of membership from Boydell and Brewer, or if they require supplementary copies of books already received. Please note that the members’ discount now applies not only to original editions of books but also to print-on-demand reprints. A few hardback volumes for the last five years are available from B&B but no other stock. B&B are currently at work digitising back volumes from the third series to make them available as print-on-demand paperbacks or e-books. This will take a while and members will be updated when they become available.

To order books online at the special discounted rate members should contact the administrator at office@hakluyt.com to obtain the current code, which they should enter at the checkout when ordering from the Boydell and Brewer website.

Routledge still publish the Hakluyt Society Studies in the History of Travel, which members can also obtain at a discount, currently 40%.
