To keep the down-load time of this bibliography within reasonable limits, the different Series are located on separate pages. The divisions into Part I and Part II have been introduced solely to reduce file size and have no bibliographical significance.

Explanation of the list

An introduction to the Hakluyt Society's publications, an outline of previous lists and the bibliographical conventions applied in compiling the current list are given here.

First Series, Part I

This section contains the first part of the First Series publications, Nos. 1 - 50 (1847 - 1873).

First Series, Part II

This section contains the second part of the First Series publications, Nos. 51 - 100 (1874 - 1899).

Second Series, Part I

This section contains the first part of the Second Series publications, Nos. 1 - 90 (1899 - 1944).

Second Series, Part II

This section contains the second part of the Second Series publications, Nos. 91 - 190 (1945 - 2000).

Third Series

This section contains the Third Series publications, Nos. 1 - 22 (1999 - present).

Extra Series

This section lists all volumes in the Extra Series, as well as Occasional Booklets and Talks in Annual Reports.
